Page identifier for an article that does not have traditional page numbers; the value could be an article identifier, DOI, etc., for example, “E70”.

There are four elements in the Suite related to page numbers:

<fpage> names the page number on which the article begins.
<lpage> names the page number on which the article ends (which should be the same page number or a number larger than the starting page number).
<elocation-id> is used in place of the start and end pages for electronic-only journals.
<page-count> contains the total page count if the publisher provides one; otherwise, it is not used.
