DTD Design Note: When this element grouping was initially defined, there were two elements in it, <copyright-statement> and <attrib>. The Parameter Entity was retained, as there may later be reasons to return to the initial two elements or to add others. If that were to be done, the elements <disp-quote> and <verse-group> would need to be revisited as well.
