pubmed_230101.dtd: ValidYN attribute

Indicates whether the value is correct or not. The default value is "Y". On some older citations, if an incorrect value was initially provided and later corrected, the incorrect value may be retained and marked as ValidYN="N". However, it is no longer used when citations are corrected; the incorrect values are now removed from the citation.
