pubmed_180101.dtd: ValidYN attribute

Indicates whether the value is correct or not. If an incorrect value was initially provided and later corrected, the incorrect value may be retained and marked as ValidYN="N". However, it is no longer used when citations are corrected; the incorrect values are now removed from the citation.
